We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use our platform: • Identity & contact information: name, email address, phone number, and billing address. • Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers. • Call data: phone numbers dialed, call recordings, transcripts, call duration, and disposition outcomes. • Usage data: campaign configurations, lead lists you upload (name, phone number, and any custom fields), feature usage, page visits, and timestamps. • Device & log data: IP address, browser type, and operating system collected automatically when you access the platform.

We use the data we collect to: • Operate and deliver the AI dialing platform — including placing outbound calls, routing live transfers, and booking appointments. • Process billing based on conversational minutes used. • Send transactional emails (account creation, billing receipts, call reports). • Improve AI model accuracy, call quality, and platform performance. • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service. • Respond to support requests. We do not use your data to train general AI models sold to third parties, and we do not sell your data.

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to deliver the platform: • Retell AI — powers the AI voice agents and call infrastructure. • Twilio — provides telephony and SMS services. • Stripe — handles payment processing and card storage. • Supabase — hosts our database infrastructure. • Clerk — manages authentication and user sessions. • Resend — delivers transactional email. • Upstash — caching and usage metering. All service providers are contractually bound to use data only for providing services to us. We do not share personally identifiable information with advertisers.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations: • Account and profile data: retained until you request deletion. • Call recordings and transcripts: retained for 90 days by default, then purged. You may request earlier deletion. • Lead lists: retained until you delete them from the platform or close your account. • Billing records: retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. After account deletion, most personal data is purged within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data: • All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. • Database data is encrypted at rest. • Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. • Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and subject to PCI-DSS compliance. • We conduct periodic security reviews of the platform. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication on your account.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: • Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you. • Correction: request that inaccurate data be corrected. • Deletion: request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements). • Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format. • Opt-out: unsubscribe from non-transactional communications at any time.
