Developed was built by Tyre Gaskin and his 14-year-old brother, Malachi Carroll. After spending hours dialing thousands of so-called premium leads that went nowhere, one question kept coming up — does building a real insurance business actually require managing everything yourself, spending money you hope to make back, and dialing leads manually every single week? Or is there a smarter way?

After months of planning and weeks of building, they shipped Developed — a platform that handles the dialing, qualification, follow-up emails and texts, analytics, and every other tool an independent insurance agent needs. Built specifically for agents who, just like Tyre when he first got licensed, want to genuinely help people and make a living but aren't sure where to start.
